Our BollyShape Juniors classes focus on children between the ages of 4 – 12. Teaching kids the importance of movement from a young age builds a healthy and confident mindset that ultimately trickles into every aspect of their lives.
Each class begins with a full body warm up, 20 minutes of agility training and 40 minutes of Bollywood dance choreography. The agility training includes team activity, balance and coordination drills; all while getting the children to shed their inhibitions and feel included and important.
This format encourages them to feel confident enough to dance with a group as they get familiar with each other.
Every session ends with a cool down routine that includes static stretching and mindful breathing, leaving them with a happy, fuzzy feeling at the end of the class!
