We're all about
Just like any other habit, the ability to be consistent requires self-control, which means staying focused on incremental improvement. Priming this pattern helps to develop the discipline required to keep going.
Consistency creates accountability and builds trust within ourselves. This leads to sure fire progress towards our goals and builds our self confidence which in turn helps us set and achieve bigger goals.
Developing consistency requires a shift in mindset – easy for some and difficult for others. We are all wired differently – our childhood, past experiences and circumstances have a huge impact on the way we live our lives.
We understand that changing mindsets and adopting a new lifestyle can seem deterring, however it doesn’t have to be – and that is exactly what we have set out to achieve!
Setting short, realistic goals and identifying a small step action plan to achieve them is how we set you up for a successful journey towards a sustainable long term relationship with fitness, nutrition and inner well being!
“Success isn’t always about greatness. It’s about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come.” – Dwayne Johnson
We aspire to guide individuals towards accepting that consistency is an important habit that can be used to our advantage especially in the wellness realm. A happy and healthy inside leads to a happy and healthy outside!
Urvashi is a certified Neuro-Practitioner, an NASM Personal Trainer and a nutrition coach.
As a coach, she uses the NMT technique (NeuroMuscular Training) to bring athlete-level training to all her trainees. She seamlessly leads all her training sessions with compassion and patience. She believes that we are all capable of being the healthiest version of ourselves and sometimes all we need is a helping hand.
She understands that the constant stream of fitness and nutrition information can get overwhelming and she aims to uncomplicate and simplify it for her trainees to enable them to live their best lives!
And she does all of this by creating fitness routines around each of her trainees’ preferences as she understands that in order to stay consistent at anything, it’s important to enjoy the time you spend doing it. It’s only then that we can ingrain the habit of consistency in our routines – because when motivation and discipline waver, you can always count on consistency!
