The most popular small group program! This 21 day daily training plan sets the foundation to help you adopt the habit of consistency in fitness and nutrition. It includes 3 live 40 minute weekly training sessions and is paired with nutrition plans designed to reduce inflammation, support fat loss and increase metabolic activity.
As your coach, Urvashi will guide you through your everyday meals and workouts to help you stay motivated and most importantly – happy!
Group capacity is limited to 10 trainees to ensure a quality fitness and nutrition coaching experience without compromising on personal attention.
