BollyShape classes cater to all fitness and dance levels! Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, this is the class for you!
Our classes run for 45 minutes – they start with a dynamic warm up to a peppy Bollywood song and include functional movements disguised as dance moves! All classes end with static stretches that will bring your elevated heart rate down and leave you feeling rejuvenated and most importantly – happy!
Schedule:
Edison – Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 pm
Princeton – Sundays at 6 pm
